Two Charged In Payette Teacher's Murder
Payette, Idaho (KBOI) Two people have been charged in the first degree murder death of a Payette teacher.
Michael Culley and Jonathon Hernandez have been arrested and charged with killing 45 year old Elizabeth Baune. The Payette County Prosecutor's Office says it was during a commission of a burglary Wednesday night. Officials report Culley is suspected of stabbing Baune multiple times in the head and chest. He allegedly took off in her car and was found yesterday in eastern Oregon. Hernandez was found in Payette, also on Friday. Court dates have not been set at this time. Comments ( |
