University Of Idaho Reviews Substance Abuse Policy
Moscow, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) A student death has caused the University of Idaho to review its alcohol substance abuse policies.
A freshman student froze to death last month after he walked home from a fraternity party where he was apparently drunk.
Following the student's death, the university is revisiting its policies and relationships with fraternities and sororities. The university is forming two task forces. One made up of students and staff who will review prevention education programs and current policies. The other will look at the relationships between University of Idaho and the Greek system.
The task forces are expected to report their findings this spring.
