Wife of man accused in killing arraigned for theft
BOISE, Idaho (AP) _ The wife of a man charged with killing a Meridian attorney has been arraigned on charges of stealing more than $32,000 from her former employer.
KTVB-TV reports Kandi Hall was arraigned Wednesday on charges of grand theft and fraud with a computer for allegedly stealing from Martens Law Office in Boise between March and November 2010.
The judge set bail at $100,000. Hall has posted bond and was
ordered to turn in her passport.
Kandi Hall's husband, Robert Hall, is charged with first-degree murder in the March 11 death of attorney Emmett Corrigan, Kandi Hall's employer at the time of his death.
She is scheduled to be back in court on June 7.
