Carlsbad, California (CNN) Near San Diego, California...

A wildfire has forced some 11 thousand people to evacuate.

On Wednesday, this fire broke out in Carlsbad, north of San Diego, also forcing several schools nearby to evacuate.

It's near the Bernardo Fire, which erupted on Tuesday morning in San Diego.

Hot, dry gusts are fueling the flames, and warm temperatures and low humidity aren't helping.
