IHFA Increases Loan and Income Limits
Low-income buyers who qualify for a home loan with the Idaho Housing and Finance Association can now borrow up to $200,000.
In Blaine and Teton counties, buyers can borrow up to $275,000.
IHFA has nearly tripled sales price limits in many of the state's counties in the past few years.
Borrowers can't have an annual gross income that exceeds set limits in each county, though, and those limits have also been raised.
