BOISE, Idaho (AP) _ The time for talking about moving University
of Idaho law school services to Boise is over and the time for
action is nearly here, the president of University of Idaho says.

Tim White says he'll bring a business plan to the state Board of
Education later this year that he hopes will govern an espansion of
the Moscow-based law school in Idaho's capital city.

He'll likely as the 2009 Legislature for money to pay for the
expansion.

White says he wants to ``solidify'' the law school's footprint
in northcentral Idaho, while moving some classes to southwestern
Idaho where the population has grown dramatically.

White says, ``I'm not interested in doing too much more talking.
I'm very interested in moving to some actions.''
