AG's office investigating N. Idaho city officials
SANDPOINT, Idaho (AP) _ The Bonner County prosecutor in northern
Idaho says the state attorney general's office is investigating
practices at Dover City Hall involving how money has been spent and
decisions concerning employees.
Phil Robinson says he received a complaint and referred it to
the attorney general for investigation and possible prosecution.
He says he asked the attorney general's office to investigate to
avoid a possible conflict of interest.
Bob Cooper, a spokesman for the attorney general, says the
office doesn't comment on investigations.
City officials also declined to comment.
