Boise man gets life in prison in slaying of two roommates
BOISE, Idaho (AP) _ A Boise man has been sentenced to two
consecutive life sentences in prison with no chance of parole for
killing two roommates.
38-year-old Todd Hagnas was sentenced yesterday in Fourth
District Court as part of a plea agreement after Ada County
prosecutors agreed not to seek the death penalty.
Hagnas pleaded guilty in January to second-degree murder for
killing 36-year-old Jody Collingsworth and 48-year-old Jeffrey
Investigators concluded Hagnas killed the two between December
2006 and late April 2007.
Authorities say Hagnas buried the bodies in a crawl space and
backyard of the home.
