A man who served 10 years as Latah County prosecutor is spending six days in jail for stealing a potted plant from the Moscow “Winco” grocery store.

Craig Mosman, who was also a professor at Eastern Washington University, was already on probation for a grand theft conviction in Boise in November of last year.

The 46 year-old attorney was suspended from his teaching job after the Boise arrest.
