POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) _ The Idaho State Police honored six men
with plaques and medals for their actions during a dangerous

Mike Sanders, Patrick Couch, James Buxton and others were some
of the first people on the scene earlier this month when a propane
tanker truck crashed and caught fire.

The men ran to the tanker -- even though flames were shooting as
high as 30 feet in the air -- and pulled the driver out of the cab
and to safety.

Idaho State Police Captain Ed Gygli says those heroic actions
need to be recognized.

The driver of the truck is still receiving treatment for his
burns in a Utah hospital. Idaho State Police officials say he's
expected to make a full recovery.
