BOISE, Idaho (AP) _ Skiers at Sun Valley's Warm Springs Lodge
will be able to order mojitos with their moguls under a bill that
has cleared the Legislature.

House lawmakers voted 49 to 18 to approve a measure Wednesday to
allow ski lodges within city limits to get liquor licenses.

Idaho strictly limits liquor licenses, allowing one for every
1,500 residents.

An exemption for ski areas allows resort businesses additional
licenses.

However, the exemption now only applies to ski resorts in
counties, and the Warm Springs Lodge is located inside Ketchum city
limits.

Representative Wendy Jaquet says Warm Springs is treated
differently than other resorts in the area that are already allowed
to serve drinks like hot toddies.

The measure now goes to Gov. C.L. ``Butch'' Otter.
