Bystanders peform CPR after teen has heart attack at ball field

BOISE, Idaho (AP) _ Ada County emergency workers say a
13-year-old ball player suffered a heart attack as he ran the bases
at Lake Hazel Middle School on Wednesday.

Paramedic supervisor Mike Nugent says bystanders jumped in and
performed CPR on the teen until paramedics arrived.

The teen was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in Meridian. His
condition is unknown.
