ST. ANTHONY, Idaho (AP) _ Fremont County authorities have
postponed a preliminary hearing for the St. Anthony man accused of
raping a 10-year-old girl.

The victim gave birth earlier this month at an eastern Idaho
hospital.

Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez, 37, faces three rape charges.

County prosecutor Karl Lewies has also charged the girl's
27-year-old mother with child endangerment, a felony. Both
defendants appeared in court separately this week.

Fremont County prosecutors and defense attorneys agreed to
postpone the hearing to allow investigators to gather more
evidence.
