POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) _ Bannock County officials say a
middle-aged man drowned Monday while swimming at the Community
Recreation Center pool.

Bannock County Coroner Kim Quick says the man, who was in his
late 50s, had some medical conditions that contributed to his
death.

The man's name was not immediately released to give authorities
time to notify family members.

According to the Pocatello Fire Department, a person at the pool
gave the man CPR before paramedics arrived, but he died at the
scene.
