EAGLE, Idaho (AP) _ Fourth District Judge Patrick Owen has
turned down a request from a homeowners' association seeking to
prevent modular homes from being built in the neighborhood.

The Saddlebrook Homeowners Association asked the judge for an
injunction stopping a builder from bringing the prefabricated homes
to the Saddlebrook subdivision in Star.

Sawtooth Custom Homes representative Jon Zentgraf says he
intended to install more than 100 of the modular homes in the
subdivision.
