MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) _ Moscow police say a 50-year-old man was
killed in a hit-and-run accident.

Assistant Police Chief David Duke says Kristian Lee Nelson was
walking away from the Corner Club, a popular downtown bar, on
Wednesday when a red Dodge Durango turned into the bar's parking
lot and collided with him.

Duke says police have interviewed the Durango's owner to
determine who was driving at the time, but no arrests were
immediately made in the case.

Duke says there were no known witnesses. A passerby found Nelson
in the parking lot and called emergency crews.
