LEWISTON, Idaho (AP) _ A Lewiston man whose conviction for child
sex abuse was overturned by the Idaho Supreme Court was convicted
again in a new trial on the same charge.

Harold Grist Jr. was convicted in 2006 of seven counts of lewd
conduct with a minor, two counts of sexual battery of a minor and
one count of sexual abuse of a minor. But the high court threw out
that conviction in January, saying the trial court erred in
allowing testimony about prior sex abuse allegations.

The Lewiston Tribune reports that on Wednesday, a jury found
Grist guilty of all 10 counts after about 90 minutes of
deliberations.

The 51-year-old Grist faces up to life in prison for the crimes.
