LEWISTON, Idaho (AP) _ Police are investigating the discovery of
a 23-pound bale of marijuana discovered in the back seat of a car
loaded on a trailer bound for a dealership in Lewiston.

The contraband was discovered Monday and has an estimated street
value in the tens of thousands of dollars.

Capt. Tom Greene says the bale was wrapped in foil and packaging
and discovered by employees at the dealership. He says the car
containing the drugs originally came from Mexico.

Investigators are focusing on where the marijuana came from and
where it was headed.
