IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) _ A jury has awarded $1.8 million to an
Idaho Falls man who sued a construction company after he was
severely injured in a motorcycle crash.
The Post Register reports that 24-year-old Levon Babakhanian
sued Cedar Point Construction for damages after his motorcycle
collided with a Cedar Point-owned dump truck on Oct. 4, 2006.
Babakhanian's attorney, Allen Browning, said the truck driver
failed to stop at a stop sign and his client didn't have time to
stop the motorcycle. Browning says he was left with permanent
injuries.
Attorneys for Cedar Point Construction declined to comment on
the case.
