BOISE, Idaho (AP) _ Boise police have arrested three teenagers
they believe are responsible for a string of at least 20 business
burglaries over the past four months that netted $46,000 in stolen
The break in the case came when a Boise police officer witnessed
one of the burglaries in progress early Friday. Two suspects fled,
but the car they left behind belonged to 18-year-old Joseph
Dalgarn. He faces three counts of burglary. A 17-year-old male and
a 15-year-old female have also been arrested on suspicion of
Sgt. Randy Buzzini says items stolen included electronics,
nutritional supplements and sunglasses. Businesses were also
Police have recovered two-thirds of the stolen property, much of
it in the suspect's homes. The rest was sold or given to others.
Officers expect more arrests in the case.
