TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The Albertson Foundation awarded nearly $4 million to the Idaho Leads Project.

It will help support 50 districts across the state.

The project facilitates the formation of a group of ten individuals in each district.

Twin Falls School District happens to be one of them.

Teachers, administrators, students as well as parents will form the group.

Patti O'Dell, Associate Superintendent, District 411says, "the ultimate goal as I understand it is to and we'll know more after our first session. Is to facilitate meetings with educations and parents, students, around the state to promote better practices in education through networking and teams and training in leadership."

The program is being launched by Boise State University's Center for School Improvement and Policy Studies.
