IDAHO FALLS -- A 43-year-old Idaho Falls man is sentenced to life in prison without parole for molesting a 5-year-old boy.
Jonathon Folk has two prior convictions in Illinois for sexually molesting two other 5-year-old boys.
Folk was found guilty by a jury of lewd conduct with a minor under the age of 16.
The Post Register reports 7th District Judge Darren Simpson handed down the life sentence on Wednesday.
Folk's first conviction was thrown out by the Idaho Supreme Court last summer after the high court found that Folk's right to represent himself was violated when he was only allowed to cross-examine the victim using written questions.
