BLACKFOOT, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Jose Cuellar-Rios, 22, of Blackfoot was driving north on Interstate 15 in a 2000 Pontiac Grand Dam. But Idaho State Police say Cuellar-Rios swerved into the right lane, overcorrected and came back across the left lane. His car went off the road and rolled several times.

Cuellar-Rios was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the car.

Emergency crews air-lifted him to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello with unknown injuries.

Weather is not believed to be a factor. The crash is still under investigation.
