Latest on Stay of Execution for Paul Ezra Rhoades

BOISE, IDAHO If a Stay of Execution is not granted Idaho will have its first execution in 17 years.
Attorneys for Paul Ezra Rhoades have filed an emergency appeal with the 9th district court of appeals.
His execution by lethal injection is scheduled for early Friday.
Rhoades is convicted of 3 murders and sentenced to death for the robbery, kidnapping, rape and murder of two women in 1987.
