Minor injuries after a five car pile-up in Boise
BOISE, Idaho (AP) Cpl. Chad Harrold says a Caldwell woman could face a charge of inattentive driving in the pileup Friday night involving her truck, a car and three motorcycles. Investigators say she admitted to drinking and toxicology tests would be conducted.
A Middleton fire department engineer who witnessed the crashes says the car and the motorcycles had stopped to let pass a fire truck with its sirens on. John Filler and Harrold told the Idaho Statesman the woman's pickup did not stop, slamming into the car and sending it into the motorcycles. Filler says the worst injury identified at the site was a broken leg. ___ Information from: Idaho Statesman, http://www.idahostatesman.com (Copyright 2011 by The Associated Press.
