Pocatello Man Will Serve Time In Prison
Pocatello, Idaho ( KIFI Local News 8 ) A Pocatello man who killed his wife was sentenced to 20 years in prison today.
53–year old Michael Lane Sparks pleaded guilty to the second degree murder of his wife, Judith Johnson.
Sparks had a history of poor mental health and had a brain injury.
All of these were factors into his lack of self–control.
County Prosecutor, Steve Herzog says Sparks also has a history of domestic violence with his wife.
Sparks will be up for parole when he is 73– years old.
