BOISE, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Occupy Boise protestors can still camp out on state ground, at least, for now.

Last week, the Senate decided to give the protestors more time.

The bill went to the Senate Amending Calendar where it will be modified.

One of the likely changes is to give them time to move their tents.

State Representative Steve Hartgen doesn't think they'll change the emergency clause.

But says Occupiers convinced state senators they need more time.

Rep. Stephen Hartgen, District 23B says, "I thought the bill was on track to sail through the Senate like it did through the House, but that's why we have two bodies, one Senate and one House."

Representative Hartgen says the Senate will likely modify the bill and send it back over to the House.
