IDAHO, Some good news for Idaho from the Capitol.
Legislators say the state is in better financial shape than it's been in the last 4 or 5 years.
Representative Stephen Hartgen says the governor deserves a lot of credit for pulling Idaho through some hard times.
Hartgen says it as about conservative budgeting, and cost control.
He says this budget will need a little tweeking but there isn't a need for drastic cuts to make it through this budget year.
And there are some specific areas the governor wants to focus on.
