Body of Wilder marine returns to Idaho
BOISE, Idaho - (KBOI) U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Kenneth Cochran was killed in the line of duty. On Saturday, his body was brought back to Boise, Idaho.
The Cochran family was waiting for the honorable transfer. The 20-year-old, from Wilder, died on January 15, 2012, while supporting combat operations in Afghanistan. Michael Cochran says her brother always wanted the best for his friends, family, and himself. "He felt like the worst thing is when a person can't express who they are," Cochran said. "So he went for it and never held anything back." Michael Cochran says that's why her brother didn't die in vain, because he was living his dream serving his country. The funeral for Lance Cpl. Kenneth Cochran will be held Sunday in the Parma High School gym. It starts at 2 P.M. Comments ( |
