Hagerman, Idaho - Kenneth “Ken” Pearce, 86, a resident of Hagerman, Idaho, died Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at St. Alphonsus Medical Center in Boise, Idaho.

Ken was born on November 10, 1926 in Beaumont, California, the son of Byron Amos and Adela Huch Pearce. He was raised and educated in California and Idaho.

He married Dorothy Jones on May 1957 in Liverpool, England. They had two sons. She preceded him in death.

Later he married Larry Clare Peck McDonald on June 21, 1985 in Challis, Idaho.

Ken was a member of the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes in England.

He is survived by: his wife, Larry Pearce of Hagerman; two sons, Stephen Pearce of Newton-Le-Willows Merseyside, England and Robert Pearce of Everett, Washington; one step-son, Rusty Walston of Newmarket, Ontario, Canada; one step-daughter, Christy Meeker of Las Vegas, Nevada; and eight grandchildren.

Ken was preceded in death by: his parents; three brothers; Byron “Bud”, Carl, and Raymond; and one sister, Josephine “Dixie”.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at 2:00 PM at E & S Paving Company, Inc. in the game room at 1982 East 1775 South in Gooding.

Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Demaray Funeral Service – Gooding Chapel.
