Mom, 89, of Caldwell, passed away peacefully Monday, December 10, 2012, at Trinity Mission Rehabilitation Center in Nampa.

She was born on June 29, 1923, the 10th of 13 children, to James and Christine Cook at Ucon, Idaho.

She married Bill Maas on August 22, 1945. They had two daughters, Vicki (Tom) Davis of Kimberly, and Janet Maas of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Dad passed away on February 22, 2004.

Mom then moved to Logan Park in Caldwell where she met her current husband Bill White. They were married on April 13, 2009. Bill brought meaning back into Mom's life.

Mom is survived by her husband, two daughters, six grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, her first husband, grandson, Troy Davis, and twin great granddaughters.

Serenity Funeral Chapel of Twin Falls will be handling a private service on December 21st for immediate family, and interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park in Twin Falls. Acknowledgements and flowers may be sent to Serenity Funeral Chapel at 502 2nd Ave. North, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301.

A celebration of Mom's life for all will be done at a later date.

Janet - I was sorry to hear of you mother's passing. But as we spoke, she is in a better place with loved ones who were there to great her with open arms. She is resting with the angels now. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
