Yvette Veltri Dudley
Boise, Idaho - Yvette Daynell Veltri Dudley, age 43, of Boise, formerly of Burley, returned to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, after a short, but determined fight with cancer.
She was born on April 2, 1969, in Caldwell, Idaho. She was the daughter of Lloyd and Sharla Fox and Rudy Veltri. She attended Burley High School and Ricks College. After high school graduation, she spent time in Maryland as a very loved nanny for three children. Most recently, she was employed as an office manager for Northwest Security, Inc. in Boise, for 2 ½ years where she was loved and respected by fellow employees and management. She was a focused, hard-worker who believed in multitasking and accomplishing any task she began.
Yvette’s world was focused on her son, Chase. She was a loving and devoted mother, daughter, partner, sister, aunt, and granddaughter. Yvette loved music and had a beautiful singing voice. She loved to shop for and collect antiques, decorate her home and, was a master of organization. She enjoyed the outdoors, and being with her fiancé, David, on his motorcycle. She was always friendly, caring, and loved to socialize with friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Wallace and Viola Day.
She is survived by her son, Chase Dudley and his father, Dave Dudley of Boise; her parents, Lloyd and Sharla Fox of Las Vegas, Nev., and Rudy Veltri of Seattle, Wash.; one sister, Sharma Veltri Pena of Burley; one brother, Shane Veltri of Ogden, Utah; a sister-in-law, Delinda (Wayne) Schwendiman of Burley; her fiancé, David Ozmer of Boise, and his family; her nephews, Brock and Hunter Veltri, Alex Garcia, and Skyler and Tyler Gonzalez; one niece, Sara Garcia; and many loving and caring friends whom she considered family.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at the Burley LDS Stake Center, 2050 Normal Ave., in Burley, with Bishop Larry Kloepfer officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant View Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at the Rasmussen Funeral Home, 1350 E. 16th St., in Burley, and from 10 until 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a trust fund set up at Zions Bank for her son, Chase Dudley, to accomplish his education towards his goal to be an orthodontist.

Yvette you will be missed. I have only known you for a short time, but you changed so many lifes for the better, i am sorry you were chosen to return to heaven so soon.

Yvette it breaks my heart that you are gone. I would not wish any pain on you for that I am thankful you were able to go in peace. Your memory will live on forever. Thanks for sharing some memories with me.

RIP Yvette, such a sweet girl, have known her since Jr high days, my thoughts and prayers go out to the Veltri family, so sorry for your loss...so grateful for the knowledge of the Gospel of Jesus Christ that teaches we can all be together again.
