Jerome, Idaho - Patty Joy Kiser was born June 5, 1941 to Frank H. and Marybelle Davis in Jerome, Idaho where she lived a full and happy life. She met the love of her life LaVern Lee Kiser, they were married on June 3, 1961, together they raised 3 children, Victor Kiser, Lorie (Russ) Lancaster, LaVern (Tammie) Kiser all of Jerome.
She loved spending time with her family, camping and making holiday occasions special with homemade treats filled with all the love she could muster. It was always a joy for her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews on Halloween to come see Grandma/Aunt Patty for her famous popcorn balls and sugar cookies. As long as she was able, she attended all children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren's family functions.
Surviving Patty is her husband of 52 wonderful years, LaVern; their 3 children, 5 grandsons Jeremy (Gina) Kiser, Jason Kiser, Josh (Rachelle) Lancaster, Chris Kiser and Kaleb Lancaster, 7 great granddaughters and 1 great grandson, also her 3 sisters, Betty Hadlock, Helen Cox, and Roberta Tubbs, 3 sisters-in-law: Corrine Davis, Vicki Kiser, and Stella Davis, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Frankie May, 4 brothers: Gary, Franklin, Roger, and Jim.
Patty had such a kind heart and soul; she would do whatever she could for any person she knew, always looking out for the people around her. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Patty's life will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 10:00 am at Demaray's Jerome Memorial Chapel (formerly Hove Robertson Funeral Chapel). Friends may call on Tuesday from 8:00 am until the time of the service at the funeral chapel. Burial will follow at the Jerome Cemetery.
