Buhl, Idaho - Ruth Vernell Warr, age 75, of Buhl, Idaho, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2013, at St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center following a prolonged illness.
Ruth (Vernell) was born June 23, 1938, to Jess and Luella Warr in Oakley, Idaho. She and her family later moved to Murtaugh, Idaho, where Ruth attended school, graduating in 1954. In 1991, Ruth moved to Twin Falls, Idaho. While living in Twin Falls, Ruth worked for the Green Thumb program and became a member of The Church of Christ. In 2001, Ruth moved to Buhl, Idaho, where she lived her remaining years. Ruth was an avid reader and loved her dogs dearly.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Don and Keith Warr. Surviving Ruth are her four brothers, Glenn (Diane) Warr of Gilford, Conn., Kendall (Diana) Warr, Wayne (Merry) Warr and Wendell Warr; and one sister, Wanda (Gary) Graham, all of Twin Falls, Idaho.
A graveside service for the immediate family will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 18, at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, with Waylon McClellan officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home of Twin Falls.

Vernell was a first cousin to me, her mother and mine were sisters, she was a quite and kind person.
