Buhl, Idaho - Pedro Cardoso, 37, of Buhl, Idaho passed away Saturday evening, January 4, 2014 following an accident.
Pedro was born on November 27, 1976 in Michoacán, Mexico the son of Daniel and Antonia Lopez Cardoso. At the age of 7 Pedro moved with his family to the United States. They settled in Jackpot, Nevada where he attended schools; graduating from Jackpot High School in 1996.
On October 10, 1998, Pedro married the love of his life, Denise Cardoso in Twin Falls. Together they have one son, Damian Cardoso.
For many years Pedro worked at Garibaldi’s Mexican Restaurant in Twin Falls until the opportunity to purchase the restaurant in Buhl. He and Denise owned and operated Garibaldi’s in Buhl for the past 3 years.
Pedro is survived by his wife, Denise Cardoso of Buhl; their son, Damian Cardoso; his mom and dad, brother, sisters, nieces, nephews and all his friends.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church, 161 6th Ave. East in Twin Falls with Fr. Mike St. Marie celebrating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. A viewing for family and friends will take place on Wednesday evening from 5:00 p.m. until the Rosary service at 7:00 p.m. at Reynolds Funeral Chapel, 2466 Addison Ave. East, Twin Falls. Services are under the direction of Trent Stimpson and staff at Reynolds Funeral Chapel, Twin Falls.
