The Buhl Indians took a good lead in the middle innings over the Payette Pirates in opening round play on Thursday. But, the Pirates waged a powerful comeback, outscoring the Indians late to earn a hard-fought 16-10 victory.

Buhl drops into the consolation bracket and can finish only as high as fifth place in the consolation bracket.
