The College of Southern Idaho Lady Golden Eagles are nearing the final stretch of their 12-week fitness program with personal trainer Jeff Bolton.
The ladies are now gearing up for their season. CSI is a preseason #3 in the juco polls, and they look like they deserve the nod. The Eagles open their preseason on the road at Midland, TX, as part of a four team invitational. The Lady Eagles will face some tough competition right out of the gate. But, the ladies aren't worried about that right now. They want to focus on wins, and they've put in the offseason work necessary to get those wins.
The Eagles will return home for their first invitational tournament, the annual Coca Cola Classic, November 28-29, at CSI. Tip-off will be at 6 p.m. with the men to follow with the Donnelley's Invitational at 8 p.m.
