The College of Southern Idaho Lady Golden Eagles dropped two spots from first to third in this week's NJCAA volleyball poll after a five-set loss to the North Idaho Cardinals on Saturday.

The Eagles (24-3) dropped below Blinn College (23-3), a team that the Eagles have beaten twice already this season in three and four sets. To add to the insult, Blinn College has beaten only four teams ranked in the NJCAA Top 20, while the Eagles have dominated a who's who list of Top 20 opponents this season, including #7 Miami-Dade, #10 San Jacinto-Central, #17 Frank Phillips, #5 Salt Lake, and now-#1 North Idaho.
