Roll Reversal: CSI Men Lose, Women Win

The College of Southern Idaho stepped back into non-conference play this weekend with both ladies' and men's home invitationals.

In day one play at the K & T Steel Tournament, the Eagle men took an early lead over Chemeketa (OR) in the first half of their game. But the Storm raged back, taking a two-point lead at the break. It would be an uphill battle for CSI down the stretch, as they kept it close, but the Storm snuck out with the win, 84-76 over the Eagles.

It was a different story in the Boise Office Equipment Invitational, as the ladies jumped out to a big lead in the first half against Lethbridge (AB, CA). The Lady Eagles poured it on in the second half, earning a 38-point victory, 93-55.

The Eagles are back in action at CSI on Saturday night at 6 p.m. The ladies face Northwest College, while the men host Riverside Community College immediately following.
