CSI women win 2nd straight, men bounce back from loss

Both the College of Southern Idaho women's and men's basketball teams wrapped up home tournaments on Saturday night, each with wins.
The Lady Golden Eagles capped off the Boise Office Equipment Challenge with an 87-58 waxing of Northwest College. Sophomore Maddy Plunkett led all scorers with 19 points, while forward Shauneice Samms chipped in 17 points in the win. CSI will be on the road at Colorado Northwestern on Friday.
The CSI men got back to their winning ways as well, rolling over Riverside Community College in an 82-65 beat down. Sophomore Carrick Felix led the way for the Golden Eagles, scoring 13 points and pulling down 9 rebounds. Next up, the Golden Eagles go on the road to Colorado Northwestern on Friday for a conference match-up.
