The Twin Falls Planning and Zoning Commission will hear a request for a special use permit for a retail firearms and ammunition dealer in downtown Twin Falls.
Kayla Cuellar doing business as 'Valiant Firearms and Ammunition', wants to be able to manufacture ammunition at 402 Third Avenue South.
That location is currently being used as a plumbing contractor office and yard.
The ammunition manufacturing would be in conjunction to firearms being sold.
The business will be limited to having only 20 pounds of smokeless powder and less than five thousand primers stored in their original factory containers.
The building is located in the 'light manufacturing district.'
