Former College of Southern Idaho star and current Boise State University forward Daequon Montreal is being recognized for his skills on the hardwood.
On Sunday, Montreal earned a spot on the Western Athletic Conference All-Newcomer team. The junior averaged 10.6 points and 5.4 rebounds for the Broncos this season. Montreal was also named to the Honorable Mention All-Conference team.
