The College of Southern Idaho baseball team blanked, and then blasted, the visiting Dawson Community College Buccaneers in a non-conference doubleheader on Monday afternoon in Twin Falls.

In game one, the Eagles kept the Bucs off the board, earning a 4-0 victory. In game two, Dawson started the scoring in the second, but the Eagles answered early, blowing the Buccaneers away with five-run innings in the fourth and fifth, to walk away to a 12-3 victory.

The Golden Eagles are back in action on Friday at 1 p.m., starting a two-day conference visit from Salt Lake Community College.
