Bruins boys split with Bonneville

The Twin Falls Bruins gave up five seven runs in the first three innings, and weren't able to recover, in a 13-7 loss in game one of Friday's doubleheader with Bonneville. Bees ace Porter Clayton stymied the Bruin hitters throughout, scattering Twin's hits and locking down while under pressure with runners in position.

The Bruins would rebound in gme two, winning 13-6 to earn the split on the day.

Twin Falls is back in action on Saturday, opening a doubleheader with 5A Madison at noon.
