Boldewijn Suspended 4 Games
Boise State Wide Receiver Geraldo Boldewijn has been suspended for the first 4 games of the season for accepting extra benefits from a host family.
The family bought Boldewijn a plane ticket back to his native Holland following last year's bowl game. He has since paid the family back, but a player is not allowed to accept any extra benefits. Boldewijn was also suspended the first 4 games of the 2011 season after he used a car and insurance policy that was registered to the same family. Comments ( |
