Pierre Jackson's Random Act of Kindness
Former College of Southern Idaho basketball player Pierre Jackson was featured in the September 17th edition of Sports Illustrated for a "Randon Act of Kindness".
The story goes like this -- After he (Pierre) overheard Bridgette Johnson tell her 12–year old son, James, that the sneakers he wanted were too expensive, Baylor point guard Pierre Jackson – who happened to be shopping at the same Waco, Texas store – gave the boy two pairs of never worn shoes that the Bears had received last season.
