The BCS is Busted
The Bowl Championship Series will no longer exist beginning with the 2014 season.
Today a Committee of University Presidents voted to get rid of the unpopular system in favor of a new 4-team playoff system. University of Idaho President Duane Nellis was part of the committee and he told the Idaho Statesman that under the new system 5 non-automatic qualifiers, including last year's Boise State team, would have earned invites to a major bowl game.
