A lot of work and renovation has gone into the Twin Falls County Historical Museum, and today the group started to show it off.
The county historical society held its first monthly meeting of the season, followed by tours of the recently reorganized basement of the museum.
Museum administrator Darleen Porter says they now have historical artifacts cross-referenced by number in rooms, for easy accessibility.
Porter says, “So when people want to bring something up and put it on display, we check it out on paper down there and then bring it up here and use it for display purposes.”
The history museum is located along highway thirty outside of Twin Falls and is open through the summer.
