Children’s development isn't always the same process.
That’s where Process of Change comes in.
It’s a school in Twin Falls and Rupert that works with developmentally disabled students.

Carol Loveless, a teacher says “We have a lot more opportunity to help these children progress, whereas in the school system they're, they're kind of held back by the No Child Left Behind Act.”

Wayne Bagwell, director, says “And we're hoping it's a way that we can try to partner with the public schools and help them with the children that they're struggling with and not be a hindrance to them.”
Parents say the program has had noticeable results in their kids.
