From Your Weather Authority...
Mostly clear skies tonight with mild conditions across the Magic Valley as well as the Wood River Valley. Expect lows to bottom out in the upper 40s in the mountains and in the low to mid 50s in the valleys. Come tomorrow an upper level low will pass towards our south and this will invoke some cloud coverage across Southern Idaho. With this weather system passing by, highs will be about 10 degrees cooler than what we saw today, with them only getting into the low to mid 70s. Tomorrow afternoon we could see a few isolated storms pop up across the region, however our better chance to see more widespread showers will be during the overnight hours.
Monday afternoon there will be some lingering showers across the Southern Idaho. Highs will be a touch warmer than Sunday with them getting into the upper 70s in the Magic Valley and mid 70s in the Wood River Valley. By Tuesday and into Wednesday we will see sunny skies and plenty of warmth across the region, with highs getting into the low to mid 80s. Ending off the work week, an upper level system will start approaching our region bringing cooler, fall like temperatures with a chance to see some showers.
